Mojo's Big Bojo #1

That's why you dont let your boyfriend title your posts!Today we celebrated Mojitos first bojo. If you dont know what that means, bojo is short for first anniversary. Its been one year since we started fostering him. We had a little party!

Miss Me?

 Sorry I've been on a bit of a hiatus lately. It's sad to say, but it's partly because the stress of blogging. Don't get me wrong, I do love it. It's hard to explain. I just don't want to let anyone down. I'm feeling refreshed now, and will make up for the days I missed.

It's kinda sad, but I like Taylor Swift. I'm not really a fan of country/pop music. She just speaks to the 14 year old girl in me. I can't help it. She's tall just like me, I have to support my tall ladies. She has a song called The Best Day and its the ultimate daddies girl song. It makes me cry every time.*tear* Please listen too it.

I'm really in love with this illustration. The thing is I don't know where I found it. If anyone knows the source or has seen it before please let me know.

 Hmmm... my fancy my fancy what tickles my fancy today? I just bought these super cute soaps from Kc Soaps-N-more. They are little cicada, well not so little. They are just really sweet and smell yummy. I like cicadas I think they're cute.

A recipe:
Beer Cheese Ball

1 Hidden Valley Ranch packet
1 package of cream cheese
1/3 cup of beer
2 cups of finely shredded cheddar cheese

Just mix it all together!

It's really yummy and simple as hell. :)

Girly Crush

Last night I watched An Education and really liked it. I wanted to see it ever since was forced to watch the Oscars and saw Carey Mulligan. She looked the cutest!!!!!!! She has that "kinda looks like a boy" thing about her. I have such a crush. I just want to cuddle with her.

For my fiction book I'm going to go in the ways of a comic artist. Jeffrey Brown is a comic artist that writes about his love life and stories of love. He is awkward, self conscious, honest, and doesnt always know the right things to say. I like the simplicity of his art. I actually met him last year at comic con and he was so awkward and sweet. I loved it. My two favorite books of his are "Clumsy" and "Aeiou". I really think you should pick them up if you want to get into comics. He also drew some things for The Simpsons.

Jeffrey Brown also has this amazing cat book. Its little clips of the silly things kitties do. I love love love love love it. Its called "Cat Getting Out of a Bag".  If you have any cats you'll love it too. You'll be saying out loud, "My cat does that too!". Get it!

Who Killed Amanda Palmer?

Day 13 — A fictional book

I wouldn't exactly call this a fictional book. But its not non-fiction. More like a coffee table book. ;) "Who Killed Amanda Palmer?" is a book of images of Amanda Palmer dead and a few short stories written by Neil Gaiman. It's one of my favorite art books. If you don't know Amanda Palmer is a killer musician. She used to be in a band called Dresden Dolls, but now is doing solo work. There are a lot more cooler images that these, but this was all I could find.I love the morbid images.
