Mikes Halloween Birthday Extravaganza!

Last weekend I had the entire weekend planned for Mikes birthday. We carved pumkins on Friday, and everyone loves pumpkin pictures.

And yes that is a bearicorn on the far right.
part bear part unicorn.

On Saturday I surprised Mike with a trip to Brookfield Zoo. I didnt tell him where we were going. When we were only 5 minutes away he saw a sign and it was the cutest ever. He was just so excited, like a 6 year old going to the zoo. We both love animals and its my goal in life to go to as many zoos as possible

On Saturday night ... I had another surprise with a birthday cake.
I love surprises!

Chicago life

These are my pictures from the last month and a half. I love the way you can see the seasons change. Chicago is the only place where you can have all four seasons in one week. Sometimes in one day.

 Jebus!

Our apartment was build in the early 1900's. I dont know if this door is original but I just love to day dream about all the people that used to live there. What was life like? Its right near Wrigley Field which was built in 1914. The house would be a little past the arrow, I think.  I just love it.

The next door neighbors house looked perfectly FALL this week.

On the train! I dont like graffiti but I love shitty graffiti. The most amateur stuff. There is so much in the city I'll try to get more pictures.

School work

Now, I've been in art school a little under a month and truly love it. I gotten all A's and B's so far. BE PROUD!  I'm still trying to figure out all the kinks of my new lifestyle. I'm feeling a little confused about blogging. I love blogging so much but being away from it, I think that no one would miss me. I'm not sure if I would miss me. I want to blog more than just the weekend. Give it time.

Here is some of my work so far. I have more but this is what I have for now. Most of them are assigned projects so dont judge me on the lameness.
