One of my most favorite places to eat in Chicago is CozY noodles n' rice. I just call it CozY. I just went there last week and I wanted to share my experience with you. Its on the north side of Chicago near Wrigley Field. Thats where I am 50% of the week. If you are around there, GO! Its so yummy and cute!
